Acceptable Methods of Payment:
Checks, credit cards (VISA and MasterCard), and purchase orders are accepted. When using a purchase order, a paper copy must be supplied to process the order. |

| Submitting an Order |
| Submit your order online if you are paying by credit card, by fax or mail if you are using a purchase order, and by mail if you are paying by check. Use the Online Shopping Cart to determine the amount of your order and enclose a printout when the order is faxed or mailed with your purchase order or check. |

| Standard Shipping and Handling |
| Include shipping and handling charges of $6 or 8% (whichever is greater). Shipments are made by Federal Express Ground and may comprise several cartons arriving a day or more apart. Please check your order upon arrival. The labels on the carton indicate how many cartons are in the shipment. Count the cartons before signing the receiving slip; verify content against the packing slip. Orders are generally filled within 48 hours and should arrive within three weeks for deliveries in the U.S.A. |

| Expedited shipping is also available at $9 or 12% (whichever is greater). |

| Billing |
| Invoices covering materials ordered with a purchase order are payable within 30 days of receipt. Orders for shipment outside the U.S. are payable in U.S. dollars. |

| Our goal is to provide you with the finest educational materials in content, construction and packaging. If you are not totally satisfied with a product, you may return it up to six months after purchase for a complete refund, replacement or credit as long as it is in resellable condition. |
