This prospectus provides a summary of Excellence for All, a high school instructional program that consists of a coherent core curriculum; well designed courses described in detailed syllabi; high-quality examinations; and first-class professional development. As of Fall 2011, this instructional program is being piloted at 21 high schools across four states.
