The America’s Choice Coaching Program includes a five-day Coaching Institute—three days of initial training and two days of follow-up training. Participants receive a Coaching Handbook, a practical resource with reference materials and useful coaching tools, along with professional books on the art and science of coaching. Plus, participants gain access to the America’s Choice online coaches’ network, an invaluable resource that features instructional videos, coaching discussion boards, “Webinars” from America’s Choice experts, and downloadable planning and reporting tools. |

America’s Choice offers outstanding professional development delivered by our own trainers, who complete a rigorous certification process and specialize in literacy, mathematics, or leadership. We invite you to compare the America’s Choice Coaching Program to any other training program for coaches on the market. The America’s Choice Coaching Program also offers separate training modules on our proven approaches to literacy and mathematics instruction. These can be added to address specific district or school needs. Optional on-site technical assistance and follow-up for coaches, leadership teams, and administrators are available as well.
