As an Engagement Manager, Ms. Anderson is responsible for creating and supporting the implementation of customized instructional supports for schools participating in the National Center’s Excellence for All initiative. Prior to joining NCEE, Syrenthia worked as a Field Specialist with Pearson,a Cluster Leader with America’s Choice, Inc, a mathematics instructional coach, and a mathematics teacher. In addition, Syrenthia worked directly with the Mississippi Department of Education to develop the 2007 Revised Mathematics Curriculum, Performance Level Descriptors, and Item Specifications.
