Professor LEE, who previously led Singapore’s National Institute of Education, the country’s only teacher training institution, recently spoke with NCEE President Marc Tucker for a wide ranging conversation covering topics including educational improvement, Singapore’s use of international benchmarking of the world’s top performing education systems and much more.
